1) Why am I providing my personal information when signing up?

Your information is required for:

-       managing your account, for example, tracking module progress, providing completion certificates

-       tracking professional development as required by some professional organisations, such as RNZCGP

-       statistical reporting purposes, for example, numbers engaged and workforce group participation.

2) How do I find my e-learning module?

On the home screen you will see three course categories: Te Pou, Blueprint and Mental Health First Aid. You can access your e-learning module through the relevant option. 

Any courses you have registered for will also show on the home screen.

3) I found my e-learning module, what do I do now?

Follow the instructions on-screen to begin your e-learning module. Enjoy.

4) The module I want to access requires a self-enrolment key. How do I get this?

Some courses have restricted access. You can request a self-enrolment key by emailing elearning@tepou.co.nz or using the Contact Us option in the left-side menu.

5) What happens if I cannot finish the e-learning module in one go?

You can leave the e-learning module at any time and return at another time to finish. The e-learning module will remember where you exited and return you to that place.

It may be useful to bookmark or save the website to your browser for future access.

6) Where can I find my completion certificate?

Your completion certificate will be made available within the module as soon as you complete all the requirements of the e-learning module.

Some e-learning modules have a quiz which you must complete before you can get your completion certificate.

7) How do I get full screen view?

Click on the top left hand icon (with three lines) to minimise the menu. You can always revert back to the menu view by clicking on the icon again.


8) What if I need help?
